It all started with the intriguing, albeit lurid, story of Lord Nelson and a plan to put all of the delightful Jonathan apples in Christine’s backyard to good use.

Then the mission grew as Christine, Tim, and their crew started gathering much-loved but often unused apples from friends, neighbors, and other contributors in Sonoma County. Many, many gallons of freshly-pressed juice later, Tap the Admiral cider was born.

We are dedicated to preserving orchards in our region and promoting sustainable agriculture. Nearly all of our apples are grown using organic farming practices.

While our ciders are currently unavailable for public sale, stay tuned for information on how to purchase our 2021 vintage later this year. Cheers!
